My mission: Connecting people and nature
Bringing people and nature back into connection is the driving force behind my work. As a project coordinator, industrial engineer, and yogini, I stand for sustainable projects.
The foundation of my work is my organizational talent, interpersonal qualities, interest in technical processes and economic contexts, and fascination with nature. Everything is supported by yogic thought and my active practice, which promotes connection, stability, strength, and clarity.
About me
Technological advancements for a sustainable future
Curiosity, my spirit of adventure, and my joy in new experiences have never left me standing still. So,
I exercise my different interests and personality aspects in technical-organizational professions.
First and foremost in the aviation and automotive industries, as I combine aircraft and vehicles with movement, dynamics, and technical progress. Simultaneously, I live out my other passions through travel, sports activities in nature, and yoga.
The exciting idea is that modern technology still benefits us greatly today. It is now important to coordinate and use our development so that it serves the survival and protection of the environment, thus forming the basis of a healthy humanity.
We can only bring the flow to the regeneration of our earth as a team, society, and humanity. Each river consists of many tributaries, which in turn originate from different sources. Everyone’s participation counts.

“We’ve come this far because we are the most intelligent creatures on this planet, but to continue, we require more than intelligence — we require wisdom.”.
About Hokulea-Projects
Finding the way: From traditional navigation to modern project management
Hokulea is a canoe that springs from the original Hawaiian seafaring culture. The captain of this canoe, the “pathfinder,” has trained himself and his crew to understand the elements as they navigate the ocean current, bird flight, winds, and celestial bodies.
I want to use this original orientation toward the natural elements as a metaphor because humanity would benefit from being guided by the signals of nature again.
I discovered the name “Hokulea” during a hike in Lanzarote, one of the Canary Islands during a conversation about the “pathfinders” with an old-school sailor. Aloha „El Halcon“!
Following my philosophy, “that there is always a way – we just have to find and walk it,” the “finding way” seems very appropriate to me in a project:
Finding the way – like the seafarers, we must see with new eyes in every project. There is a starting situation followed by a defined goal. On the way, it is essential to “find the way.” The “tools” of project management, standardized models and best practices, help us to develop a plan and a strategy. With the appropriate strategy, we adapt the plan on the way again and again to the current circumstances without losing sight of the goal. We check the development and stay on course because external conditions, like the weather and the ocean, constantly change.
Besides all the tools and technical possibilities, the original sailors needed another intrinsic tool: the “seventh sense,” or intuition, giving the ability to understand and interpret nature.

“We need to rediscover how to be sustainable. To move from being apart from nature to becoming a part of nature. Once again.”
Mission and Vision
Sustainability through collaboration and knowledge exchange
My vision with Hokulea projects is to use the lessons from classic project management to benefit our environment, climate, and nature.
I am concerned with the support of sustainable projects so I want to support industrial and alternative projects that pave the way for a regenerative, healthy, diverse, and climate-friendly future.
Hokulea-Projects stands for connection, more profound knowledge, and exchange.
Our current working world is often very abstract and limiting. Departments are each a “bastion” for themselves, isolated from the others. This makes it difficult to broaden the view of the company’s overarching work. We do not understand what is happening in other industries, and it isn’t easy to find points of contact. However, these are valuable for jointly mobilizing synergies that create the conditions for a healthy planet, “Earth.” I also started with Hokulea-Projects at these internal and external connection points.
I want to create a virtual and physically sustainable workplace with Hokulea-Projects. A “sustainable co-working space”:
A (virtual) place where everyone works individually on sustainable topics and shares their questions and potential findings with their co-workers. Exciting lectures from similar and non-specialist industries round off the spectrum of experience. This allows added value for each individual and all of us as a community and the possibility of joint innovative projects.
