As a Yogini and trained yoga teacher, I bring this profound concept into my thinking and acting. For me, yoga is more than just a physical practice; it is a philosophy of life that brings body and mind into harmony.
Yoga offerings for teams and individuals
I offer yoga classes for project teams, for colleagues among themselves, or in a co-working space, on- site or online. I also like to create courses for individual needs.
Positive impacts
Yoga originates from the word “Yoke” – “connecting something.” Yoga brings the body and mind into harmony. Finding this unity is becoming increasingly important in our all-too-heady world. Everything is connected: only in a healthy body lives a healthy mind. “Mens sana in corpore sano” was already known in ancient Rome.
Holistic concept
Yoga is a practice and a mindset that promotes clarity, focus, inner strength, and connection with ourselves, others, and the environment. It stems from observing nature and is a proven concept several millennia ago. Numerous scientific studies have proven its mode of action.
Yoga and project success
Knowing that everyone can be a yogi, “yoga on the mat” is not a prerequisite for project success. Nevertheless, it helps us face stress and strengthens the process.
Practicing yoga helps us reconnect with ourselves, reduce stress, and promotes serenity and creativity.
