The role of the project coordinator
As a project coordinator, I am the “APU” of the team. An “Auxiliary Power Unit” is used in aircraft as a supporting power unit for starting the engine. I analyze the project situation, set the ignition spark, and apply the tools from my project toolbox.

I oversee the people on my team and guide their roles and abilities. I support the new project initially and consistently until it enters the routine process.
Within this framework, I motivate, plan, coordinate, mediate, support, and document the project work.
Comprehensive project work
My work is deeply rooted in the 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development. I am mainly focused on the 7th goal, ‘Affordable and clean energy.’

My professional journey has included technical project management with renowned companies like Lufthansa Technik and BMW. My academic background is in Business Engineering and International Business Development. However, my passion for nature, relationships, and the human spirit are what drives me. As a Yogini, I bring a unique perspective to project coordination, integrating the principles of yoga into my work.
The beginning is key
Every project is a new beginning and every beginning is difficult. At first, the flywheel must work with a lot of energy. Gears have to be toothed so that the available force can be used efficiently.

Energy and synergy
The basis for the project’s success is the release of relevant energies: these serve to jointly fulfill tasks. Synergistic effects are created if these energies are used as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Individual strengths as a success factor
Everyone has something that drives them and makes them unique: a gift, a special ability, an individual approach, and a very own way of thinking. We create synergies by finding these personal strengths and linking them together in the right places as part of teamwork. This is the key to the success of every project.
